By using Dossierbin, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Dossierbin respects the free flow of information while maintaining specific boundaries to protect individuals and comply with applicable law.

1. General Principles

Dossierbin is a neutral platform for hosting and sharing text content. We believe in the free exchange of information, including information that is legitimately publicly available.

The fact that information is personal does not, by itself, make a paste prohibited. Publicly available information about adults—including addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, and employment history—may remain publishable on Dossierbin, subject to the specific exceptions below.

There is no blanket prohibition on publishing personal information about adults where such information is legitimately publicly available.

2. Absolutely Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed:

  • Personal information concerning any person who has not attained the age of 15
  • Threats to kill, harm, or kidnap any person
  • Content that assists criminal extortion
  • Content that directly encourages swatting, physical harm, or targeted harassment of a specific person
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually explicit material involving minors
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content obtained through illegal means where there is sufficient evidence of illegal acquisition
  • Malware, spyware, or executable harmful code
  • Gore, self-harm material, or content promoting suicide
  • Sexually explicit or pornographic material
  • Content subject to valid, applicable legal removal requirements
  • Defamatory statements (truthful statements are not defamatory)
  • Spam

3. Enforcement

All moderation decisions are made manually by the Dossierbin administrative team. There is no automated scanning, AI moderation, or automated takedown system. Pastes are published immediately upon creation.

Dossierbin reserves the right to remove content under a narrowly defined discretionary policy, including targeted harassment reasonably expected to cause substantial emotional distress, as determined by our staff.

Users may report pastes through the reporting system. Reports are reviewed manually by administrators who decide whether action is appropriate.

4. Legal Requests

Law enforcement agencies and legal representatives may submit requests through our contact channels. Dossierbin will cooperate with lawful legal processes as required by applicable law.

Defamation claims must be supported by appropriate legal documentation. Valid court orders will be reviewed and addressed in accordance with applicable law.

5. User Responsibility

Authors are solely responsible for the content they publish. Dossierbin does not verify the accuracy of statements made in pastes. Authors remain legally liable for their claims.

By creating an account or posting content on Dossierbin, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Violation may result in content removal and account suspension.

6. Disclaimers

Dossierbin provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content except as required by applicable law.

These terms are effective as of September 11, 2026 and may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
